LitExtension Store Migration

I’m very happy with the professional and helpful customer support from LitExtension. The entire migration process from Etsy to Shopify was handled smoothly, and whenever I had questions or needed help, the support team was responsive and professional.

A special thank you to Norman Lai, who handled the migration of my products and reviews from Etsy to Shopify. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I needed and made sure everything was transferred correctly.

Thank you, Norman, and thank you to the entire LitExtension team for the great support. I really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend your service!

Outstanding Service from LitExtension!

I recently used LitExtension to migrate thousands of products from WooCommerce to Shopify, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.

A special shout-out to Bavis, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the migration. The communication was excellent, and he was incredibly responsive, patient, and willing to make adjustments as my requirements evolved.

They went well beyond my expectations, even making some last-minute changes that made the final transition incredibly smooth. It was clear that they genuinely cared about getting everything right.

Migrating thousands of products can be stressful, but LitExtension made the process surprisingly easy.

Thank you, Bavis, and the entire LitExtension team! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to migrate their e-commerce store.

We had a great experience with LitExtension during our PrestaShop to Shopify migration. The team was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process.

We had several custom requirements, and the team took the time to understand our needs and make the necessary adjustments. Communication was clear, and any issues we encountered were addressed quickly and professionally.

Thank you to the entire team for your great support throughout the migration. Highly recommended!

We have used LitExtension for an extensive Lightspeed to Shopify migration as well as minor Shopify to Shopify migration. Both experiences were great, they're very thorough with their testing and set up and more than happy to support and rectify any anomalies that appear during your project. Often they flag things you might not have thought of yet. Both times very happy with the results.

I migrated my Products, Categories and Reviews from a 13 year old ZenCart store to Shopify using LE. The process was complicated by ZenCarts requirement that the Large images are stored in a folder images>large. This large image is needed in Shopify as the main image, and what is the main image product.jpg in ZenCart's main images directory is actually the small image for category listing. LE had to write custom code to get the large image imported as the main image, and the main image not imported. Confusing and LE should have known this as this is ZenCarts default setup, so I'm deducting 1 star. The company is very responsive and accommodating, I would not hesitate to use them again.

The migration itself worked smoothly and the final result was exactly what we hoped for. Data, structure, and functionality were transferred very cleanly.

We used this app to migrate our store from Magento to Shopify and the whole experience was excellent. The provider was extremely supportive throughout the entire process, always quick to respond and very helpful with every question we had.

Made it supe rquick and easy to transfer product information from my old store to Shopify. Very happy with the results. Thank you!

We moved from Shopware to Shopify. After a few demo migrations (without costs) and some mails and costumizings we get all data to our new shop (articles with picture, variants, orders and costumer). The properties of variants we had to solve through metafields. Sites/Pages couldn‘t be migrated. Tommy and Chloe give a TOP support within this time.
