Many Chat +Live Chat

So far so good with this app. The interface is a bit cluttered with ads regarding all their other apps and services and hopefully they go away when I leave this review including an annoying popup that keeps coming.

I’m still busy with starting to use it, seems user friendly and professional and looking forward to getting really into it and building a relationship with customers while they visit our site. Good support too it seems.

Excelente aplicación. Por los comentarios pensé que la configuración iba a resultar mas complicada pero no fue así. Es muy intuitiva y fácil de instalar, y por cualquier duda el soporte responde muy rápido. Muchas gracias!

Do not get this. Not user friendly at all. Want to uninstall? that is going to be very hard for you. DO NOT USE. I am surprised this company has so many reviews. May be Shopify is allowing fake reviews! Do not use this

James is an amazing supporter via live chat, he provided his number just in case not available via chat, the application is doing a great job by supporting clients, pop up for help, and auto-messages. it fits my needs. totally recommended.
