very good, excellent support service, 1 hour explaining me the app, great...
je suis très contente d'avoir installé l'application avec le conseiller qui a bien pris le temps de tout m'expliquer
Its the best I have used , it will be perfect if I have an options(with copy script) to put the chat icon at specific static location like in the footer or on the side menu and not fixed on page .
The app didnt work very well on my site. I kept making changes and they didnt save so I had to keep saving the new configuration. I ended up not using it cause at the end it didnt work as I expected.
its just cache. plz test in incongito or without cache. the moment u uninstall the app should not appear. you are not happy with even free app

Excelente me encanta todo lo que ofrece y lo sencillo de utilizar, me han ayudado para integrar mi botón de whatsapp y poder brindar una atención mas personalizada a mis clientes. La recomiendo un montón
Looks nice and easy! Whatsapp facilita la conversación directa con los clientes, permitiendo una mejor atención y ayudando a la conversión a pedidos. Esta app activa tu whatsapp muy facil para los clientes.
Helpful, a bit buggy. It is definitely not cool at all that in order to be able to submit a review in this page, I have to write using 100 characters. Still, this app should improve... but at least it's free.
After set the time zone, and the office hour time duration, still receive the 'office hour message' instead of the 'after-hour' message.
For other functions, it works perfectly!
This whatsapp app is excellent!
Brilliant APP! Easy and convenient. Solved bounce rate and abandon cart issues from core, customers can reach you instantly for doubts and makes it very important as this directly reflects in positive conversion.
We have been using this app in both our B2B and B2C stores and we see it's very useful for WhatsApp mobile link sharing. The support is very good, we had an issue with the 2.0 update and it was solved very fast.
