so far it had ZERO EFFECT , a lot of e mails - NO TANGIBLE RESULTS , so far

I tried a few chat bubble apps. So far i think this is the best one. It was easy to set, the alerts come in pretty quick, and support is responsive.

We have found this app to be pretty powerful, but there are add-ons that you may need which are additional monthly fees. The app is pretty intuitive.

Linking LiveChat to our Shopify store was very simple to set up, and the tools we use to help our customers were simple and intuitive to use from day 1. The Automations available through LiveChat have raised our customer service levels, allowing us to send the right message, to the right customer at the right time.

We have been using LiveChat for about a year now. It has greatly enhanced our ability to assist our customers.

We were mainly looking for a chat application that didn’t require a customer to give us their contact information before starting a conversation. (We felt this limited interactions)

Es treten sehr selten (vielleicht einmal im Jahr) Probleme auf. Falls doch, wird uns sehr schnell und effektiv geholfen. Zuletzt konnte uns Michał sehr schnell die Erreichbarkeit unseres Accounts wieder herstellen.

Great app that works out of the box, but can also be customized to match our site's look + feel. Allows our CX team to handle multiple chats at once, tag for solid reporting, and then track sales for customers that interact with chat.

Used since 2016 and still our 'go-to' chat app. All the features we need with a very well laid-out interface. And support - if you need it - is instant and super efficient.

LiveChat has been great for JetSkiCovers on Shopify. The support is excellent, and features like sending Product Cards and sharing order details during chats enhance customer interactions. Highly recommend for a straightforward and effective customer support experience!
