I have a meal delivery service and was looking to replace older routing software that I had used for many years. Yes, there’s one thing — and it seems it will be resolved soon — which is allowing the customer to drop a pin on the map to mark their address accurately.

The entire process runs smoothly—from selecting routes and dispatching orders to real-time tracking. It even sends separate email updates to your customers in sequence when the Shopify app can't, making everything so much easier. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding.
