The rider app is simple and practical, though further simplification for non-tech-savvy drivers and an “external delivery route” option for third-party logistics would make it even more powerful. Yes, there’s one thing — and it seems it will be resolved soon — which is allowing the customer to drop a pin on the map to mark their address accurately.

This is an excellent delivery app!
The entire process runs smoothly—from selecting routes and dispatching orders to real-time tracking. It even sends separate email updates to your customers in sequence when the Shopify app can't, making everything so much easier. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding.
