service client inutile, le glossaire ( qui m'est necesseraire) ne fonctionne pas , 2 mois a essayer de trouver une solution avec le service client , pour rien. a chaque fois je dois leur réexpliquer le problème , on me dit que l'on me recontactera sous x jours , on ne me recontacte jamais, et quand je le fais on ne m'apporte aucune solution.. en gros on paie pour un service qui ne fonctionne pas. très mécontente!

Eine sehr übersichtliche Translate App mit individuellen Funktionen und einem schnellen und hilfreichen Service. Jeder im Team bei ETranslate versucht dir zu helfen wenn Probleme auftauchen. Auch der Preis für diesen Service ist im Gegensatz zu anderen angemessen günstig.
Nur kleine Verbesserungen sind noch nötig um die App zu Perfektion zu gestalten:
- Die Funktionen der Auto- Übersetzungen sind super. Doch sind bei einigen Sprachen Verbesserungen vorzunehmen, damit Kunden auch eine korrekte Grammatik in der Sprache lesen können. Vor allem in der Sprache deutsch und Portugiesisch.
Die App macht genau das was beschrieben wurde, mit vielen netten Funktionen und individuellen Anpassungen auch zur SEO Optimierung.

Using it for the switcher. Looks great but there are some limitations, such as sizing.

Their currency converter for Euro doesn't show the right price for EU countries whereas others work with no issue.
I contacted them regarding the issue, and they said that they will look into it if I grant them access to my website. They send invitations with unnecessary access request such as Orders, Customers, Discounts which they do NOT need access to fix the issue. When I choose not to grant these permissions, they basically tell me that they cannot fix it.
It's important to be cautious because these apps may collect your data and either use it or sell it to third-party organizations to generate revenue. I strongly advise against providing access to your private data.

The app is good, straightforward and costumer service really helpful. I use it only for currency conversion, and there was an issue with it but customer service was fast to reply to me and in a few hours they solved the issue.

This app is rubbish, I chose the 19.99 per month plan. As a result, the translation language can never be accessed, no matter how to shut down and restart, or refresh. Image translation can only translate media sources, not details pages. Asking customer service is a waste of time. They don't listen to what the customer's question is and answer it randomly. I'm so annoyed at wasting an afternoon of my time. The bill is still there after uninstalling it. I am currently contacting Shopify to cancel the bill
