App malfunctioning and locking all products - no response from support - I have lost a LOT of sales due to this today - not happy
I apologise if the app caused you lost of sales. But the reasons for locking all products maybe due to one of 3 ways to lock the products. You may lock a product individually, by a collection or by a vendor. It is also documented on the app help site. Again, sorry for not responding to you as early as you would have liked. But we do monitor support calls and try our best to answer them as soon as we can. We did get back to you within 6 hours, but I understand that it may not have been quick enough. It is our upmost importance to keep the merchants and customers happy. We will endeavour to provide help much earlier, whether in a reply or provide help documentation. We only wish you the best.
Allan has been amazing for support, quick help from the other side of the globe. Best service I have received on any app, highly recommended and also works amazingly well
Hi, and I’m sorry Locket didn’t work the way it should have for you. I looked into what happened on your store and found the cause: your theme renders the “Add to cart” button in a way our app wasn’t catching, so the password prompt appeared but the button wasn’t actually being hidden — meaning the lock didn’t block the purchase the way you’d set it up to. That was on us, not you.
I’ve since shipped a fix that handles your theme (and others built the same way), so it now works correctly. If you’d be open to giving Locket another go, I’d personally make sure you’re set up properly and keep an eye on it. You can reach me directly at support@beauii.com.au any time.
Thanks for giving Locket a try, and sorry again for the trouble. — Allan, Beauii
