Amazing app for separating wholesale from retail. Pair this with Mechanic by the same folks and you're good to go! Together, these two apps can do just about anything you need!
This is the core app we needed to run our wholesale coffee site. We do tons of shared and private roasts - this let us make sure customers could only see their own special stuff! :)
The app support team is phenomenal! I had a small issue and Jed stayed in contact every step of the way with screenshots so I could find the boxes I needed to redirect customers to specific pages.
Great app and support from the team - have used Locksmith on two sites now. Great way to set up a B2B wholesale site within on normal site so that consumers do not have access to all the products or information.
The Locksmith Team is kind and helpful, and I like that I can turn on (and pay for) the app only for the 2-3 times a year that I need to do an original painting release and want to have secret keys for my best collectors!
This app worked well initially but then began to glitch when integrated with another app therefore I had to uninstall it. I would have considered a higher rating but I am still being charged although I uninstalled the app.
Oh my gosh, I'm SO sorry we missed this review at the time. We will *always* do the right thing in cases like this – just let us know! The charge you received is a part of Shopify's billing process: if you start a paid subscription (which is not necessary within the first 15 days!), Shopify will process a charge on your next bill even if you remove the app early on in the billing period. That's not something we *can* control, but we *can* help afterwards, with a refund or whatever's appropriate, if you just let us know. :) We're always, always available at team@uselocksmith.com – and I'll make sure that we get this sorted with you via email right after this. About the glitch with the other app: we have *some* documentation about this sort of thing at https://docs.uselocksmith.com/article/497-compatibility-with-other-apps. WOW... Locksmith works perfectly! it's pretty easy too. We use it for our wholesale pricing! We simply hide the "wholesale" pages and products from our retail customers and vice versa. Oh... customer service is very quick and helpful too! Thank you, guys!
I love how easy Locksmith is to use and how many options there are! And the support staff is responsive and friendly too! I need help figuring out how to do something and they jumped right in and helped me with a solution in a couple of hours. Highly recommended!
We have been using Locksmith for a long time and are pleased with it. Today, I wanted to do something new for my website, but I was stuck on how to execute my idea, so I emailed Locksmith and right away, received the help I needed to complete my vision! Great support!
