Great App, with even better support from the team.
Just recently added the app! Tristan was AMAZING!! Helped me from beginning to end. Praying the app is just as amazing as Tristan!! So far so good!
Great experience so far, extremely helpful in setting up our Wholesale Jewellery Store with limited access to customers. Ken from their team not only understood the entire flow but gave suggestions and helped in setting up the store till the end. They extended the trial for us to test things out. Thanks from Team Rajmehar, www.rajmehardesigns.com
Completely delivers on what it promises and they have EXCELLENT customer service. What else is there to say?
Excellent app and we appreciate the company's approach to supporting their customers. Would definitely recommend!
Doesn't work
Tried to create a lock on a page with a passcode - a very simple setup. Nothing. Didn't work. Not a good UX.
Hello!
I'm sorry you encountered an issue when trying out the passcode key. I saw your email, and replied, about 30 minutes after it came in (20 minutes after this review), but by that time Locksmith had been removed.
A lock not working is exceedingly rare, and is generally something which can be fixed. That's why we have our 15 day trial period: We want to make sure you have time to test things and work out any potential conflicts in the theme, or with other apps, before you have to pay for Locksmith.
It's also important to note that passcode keys will remember you in the browser when you enter the code, and it may seem like they aren't locked at all. If that seems like it might be the issue, using a new private browsing session will show you what a new visitors sees.
I can't diagnose what happened at the moment, since Locksmith has been removed from your store. But, feel free to reach out if you'd like to try again. We're here for you, and I'm sure we can get things working. :)
All the best,
Ken
This app is perfect if you are looking to lock specific products or pages. It works like a charm and very well made!!!
TRY IT
Locksmith is great. We had no problem using locksmith to build our wholesale section using a little template conditional logic. Sweet app!
I am just starting with Shopify and wanted to show only certain items in the UK due to expensive international shipping prices from the US since. I have a US based Shopify store. It was very intuitive to figure out and does what it claims to do very well.
Although this app did not offer what we are looking for, Isaac was so great at listening and trying to see what he could do to help. Then when we come to a conclusion that this app is not suitable for our intentions, he went ahead and made several recommendations. I am beyond thrilled with his level of personalized dedication.
Look forward to more apps from you!
