Customer Service is top notch. I needed some guidance on a few things and they helped me set things up and get it all dialed in. When I had more questions they even took the time to make a custom tutorial based on my specific situation. I really appreciate the BSS B2B Lock team. They are great with communication and follow up and helping in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great app and even better support. We needed to hide specific collections for a few countries regardless of the settings in Shopify Markets, and we were able to hide them exactly as we wanted - plus, the rules also work based on IP address. Awesome - I highly recommend it!
Ich bin immer sehr bedacht, alles zu verstehen, was ich so treibe mit einer App. Ruby & Ken, alle aus dem Team, sind so geduldig mit uns. Total schnelle Reaktionszeit. Wir sind hier total dankbar. Die App funktioniert gut. (Wir verstecken die Preise für nicht B2B Kunden). Daher voll verdiente 5 Sterne. Vielen lieben Dank.
My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow.
Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow.
Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up.
Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.
Thank you for sharing your experience! 😊 We’re glad Lena and the team could work with you to adapt the setup to your specific B2B approval flow, especially with the changes to Shopify’s login system.
We really appreciate your patience throughout the customization process, and we’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Lena. If you ever need further help or run into any issues, please feel free to contact us!
BSS Locked was very easy to set up and straightforward to use. There were some compatibility issues with the theme I was using, so the result wasn’t 100% perfect right out of the box, but the support team stepped in and helped make it work.
They were quick, responsive, and really helpful with the technical side of things. A special shoutout to Ivy and Ines for getting everything sorted out for me and making sure the app worked the way I needed.
Overall, a great app with an even better support team. Highly recommended!
Really appreciate you taking the time to write this! 😊 Theme compatibility can sometimes make the setup a little trickier, so we’re happy Ivy and Ines were able to step in and get things working the way you needed.

I highly recommend the BSS B2B Suite!
We specifically use the B2B Login and Lock & Hide Price modules, and they have been absolutely essential for separating our wholesale and retail customer experiences. The setup was smooth, and the features work flawlessly. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Lux from their support team. Lux was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure all our questions were answered. Five stars for both the app and the customer service!
