I rarely leave reviews, but Trustwill Loyalty truly deserves one.
The platform itself is already one of the most complete loyalty and referral solutions I've found on the market. It offers an impressive number of features and possibilities to build a real loyalty program instead of just giving away discounts.
But what really makes the difference is the support team.
I often have the chance to be assisted by Cassie, and every single time I come with one question, I leave with five problems solved.
Not only does she answer the issue I came for, but she also spots things I didn't even know existed, explains how to improve them, and helps me optimize my store far beyond my initial request.
That kind of proactive support is incredibly rare today.

いつも細かく丁寧に教えてくださいます。日本語に翻訳して使っていますが、ところどころ不自然な日本語なため意味がわからないところがあります。こちら少し調節して欲しいです。
お客様へのポイントのリマインドメールですが、現在は30日前と3日前です。
経験上お客様へリマインドメールを送るタイミングで一番効率がいいのは、7日前、3日前、当日の3回です。
こちらアップデートしてもらえると大変助かります。

購入金額に応じたポイント付与や、会員ランクによるポイント付与率の変更、様々なアクションに応じたポイント付与ができるので、様々なキャンペーンに対応できそうです。
ウィジェットの編集などもわかりやすく、テンプレートもあるのでとても使いやすいです。会員ランクのアイコンなども数種類から選べます。
様々なプログラムが設定できる分、初期の設定を事前に確認と検討しておく必要があると感じました。
気になる点：たまったポイントを割引として利用する場合は、一度クーポンに変換する必要があるのでお客様の手間が発生します。
特に良かった点：サポート体制が素晴らしいです！不明点や問題が発生した際にサポートへ問い合わせしたところ、迅速（1-4日以内）かつ柔軟に対応していただけました。
サポートしてくださったMariadelさんとKimさんに心より感謝申し上げます。
翻訳アプリを使用してくださっているため、サポートへの問い合わせは日本語でも大丈夫でした。
