The team was incredibly helpful in getting our chatbot set up, trained, and running smoothly. Every time we've needed support or had questions, they've responded promptly and solved our issues. I highly recommend this product, it's excellent, especially considering the price.

It is a little inconvenient that the contact us button overlaps the button to open and close the customer info side bar, so now I am not able to open it. I would suggest putting the contact us button in the settings side bar. The app and product itself is very impressive. It is clear AI is coming a long way
