I was having the same password issue noted in other reviews. Reached out to support & they responded the next day with a reset to get logged in.

Emma from customer support was incredibly responsive to a technical glitch that would not allow us to connect our carrier account. She communicated with her internal team immediately and kept us well advised along the way. Our problem was quickly resolved.

Unable to log in and there is no way to re-set my password that works. I emailed support hopefully they respond soon but I have never had an app with such challenges logging in and my customers are getting very upset.
