support is non-existant. We have a question that is urgent and remains unanswered after many days. Simply not good enough.

Terrible support provided so far. Very disappointed. We are in the dark on how this complex software works and our customers are stranded not knowing what to do because we don't know either. Do not recommend at all.

App is easy to use and customer support is very prompt. I had an issue that could not be resolved via the chat feature, but they followed up via email with a few hours with a great explanation and resolution for my issue!
Customer service is poor - no calls or demos given - it is a complete pain to setup.

Every one in a while the platform and its comms are confusing for our customers/team. But every time we've reached out for clarity, the Loop team has been very helpful.
