Loop Returns & Exchanges

Arguably the best returns solution available on Shopify today. We've been working with Loop for the last 3 years and the platform just keeps getting better and better, to the point where it feels like it's a native addition to Shopify (whom actually invested in a seed round with Loop 2 years ago). The amount of flexibility you have with regards to return outcomes, automations, rules, etc is unmatched and the customer success team (hey Laura!) is beyond insightful. Don't look further.

Loop has been a game-changer for our Customer Service team and our customers love it as well. It has greatly reduced the number of emails and inquiries and has created a streamlined return process for customers. Adding the option for exchanges has saved us countless sales and makes the platform worth it on its own. Our amazing account/implementation manager made implementation so much easier - her patience, knowledge, and time provided exceeded expectations. Support post-launch continues to be great as well.

We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around!

We use a full enterprise version of Loop, which this app is a part of. We love it. Great UI for customers and CX staff. Self-service workflows and customization that allow for various SKU-level outcomes on the fly. Reliable and detailed event data that is exportable. Constant product improvements, informed by feedback their team proactively gathers. The company has strong partnerships with Shopify and certain 3PLs and CX platforms. It can be pricier than other options, especially for smaller merchants, but the time savings Loop creates for our staff offsets the software costs.

We love loop! It's by far the best experience for customers and also CX employees to navigate as well. Super clean and easy experience from start to finish, and there's always exciting updates that Loop is coming out with to better it. You can customize the portal so that it feels very on brand, and even have the customer shop directly on your site with their store credit. From a CX/employee perspective, the analytics and reports have helped us lower return rates on specific products as well. Shoutout to Bryan H. who is our rep and is super quick to help anytime we need assistance!

The Best Returns & Exchange App available today and we're so glad we made the decision to partner with Loop! We needed a full service portal, for all returns, exchanges, etc., and Loop is able to do it all and it's automated. Our customers compliment us all the time and the calls and emails from customers, regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, etc., have stopped. It takes some set up effort, as with any new app, but once setup and running, it will completely transform your experience and the customers experience with returns and exchanges! We've been a Loop customer for over 2 years now, having switched from a very basic returns software. We really appreciate the automation of the platform, and the optionality it gives our customers to fully customize their return outcomes. We love the advanced & instant exchanges, and can't wait to start better leveraging their workflows tech for further automations. The upsell feature in the returns portal is also a great add. Loop is also constantly adding new functionality - though we would love it if less of these features were hidden behind additional paywalls - since the software is quite expensive.

Loop is a great system and our account manager is always quick to answer and give us the reporting we need! The Loop analytics are super extensive, however, are a bit more manual than we would like, but you most definitely can pull all the return information you need. The Loop team is always quick to accommodate and respond to us though, which is super appreciated whenever there is an error.

We have had a couple of issues in the past with slow load time at the POS level in-store and some errors on exchanges. However, we worked with the Loop team to resolve the exchange errors and are excited for Loop to keep evolving and getting better and better!
