Terrible support provided so far. Very disappointed. We are in the dark on how this complex software works and our customers are stranded not knowing what to do because we don't know either. Do not recommend at all.
We're very sorry for the frustration you experienced and are glad to see you've been in contact with support. We take your feedback seriously and have shared it internally.
App is easy to use and customer support is very prompt. I had an issue that could not be resolved via the chat feature, but they followed up via email with a few hours with a great explanation and resolution for my issue!
Customer service is poor - no calls or demos given - it is a complete pain to setup.
Thanks for sharing this feedback. This should not have been your experience, and we've shared this feedback with our team.
Rece provided outstanding customer support from start to finish. He was quick to respond, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything until the issue was fully resolved. His communication was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
It's rare to receive this level of support, and Rece truly went above and beyond. Thank you for the excellent service—I highly recommend both Rece and the support team!
Great customer service!
Great product and the support is great.
Fast, helpful and accurate support!
Customer service support Reece is TOP NOTCH... seriously the only one who can figure out every issue at lightening speed. Always appreciate his timely and helpful reply!
Every one in a while the platform and its comms are confusing for our customers/team. But every time we've reached out for clarity, the Loop team has been very helpful.
Loop's customer service and expertise in navigating Shopify stores is great!
