App is easy to use and customer support is very prompt. I had an issue that could not be resolved via the chat feature, but they followed up via email with a few hours with a great explanation and resolution for my issue!
Rece provided outstanding customer support from start to finish. He was quick to respond, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything until the issue was fully resolved. His communication was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Loop has transformed our business with a self-service platform where customers can create and ship back their returns & exchanges with ease. The implementation is simple, and the set-up is intuitive.
The Support team is exceptional. No question is too big or too small, and the response time is excellent. They go above and beyond pointing me to a self-help article, and actually dig in and help come up with solutions to questions.

Return processing has become super manageable for us. Loop Returns is a great app to streamline your returns, and their support is also very helpful.
Emma was very polite and responsive. She helped very quickly and provided a solution we were looking for.
Takes the guess work out of returns/exchanges. The process is almost fully auto-mated for us at this point thanks to Loop. And when we have questions or need guidance, their customer success agents are incredibly helpful (shout out to Ninthuga for walking me through some trouble shooting!).
