By integrating it with Shopify and Brightpearl, we’ve been able to automate and streamline our processes, taking the work out of managing returns for our team. We particularly value the vast array of new features Loop consistently launches; they allow us to stay ahead of evolving customer expectations.
Loopreturns has been super helpful to our store. They have a great support system and reply quickly to any issues or questions that we have. Our returns are fully automated and run smoothly without any issues. We're really happy with our experience with Loopreturns and are renewing our agreement with Loopreturns soon.
