Loop Returns & Exchanges

I've been using Loop for over a year and it's great. It has almost all of the functionality that I need (the one additional thing I need, no app has) and I've always gotten a quick response from support. I'd like to, in particular, give a shout out to Rece on their support team, who was able to help me create different return policies depending on the item.

I love that Loops links seamlessly with Shopify and their 'Shop Now' feature prompts customers to increase their spend with us when exchanging for new products. We are also always assisted by our Loop rep when needed.

Also, Emma was very responsive and helpful. She quickly understood the ASN export issue and suggested narrowing the date range, which made sense given the data volume. Her communication was clear, professional, and friendly throughout. Overall, a smooth and positive support experience.
