What an incredible experience I'm having with the Loop team!! From setup, to helping with issues like integrating with other services, Loop and their amazing staff have gone above and beyond to help me see things all the way through to completion. I would very highly recommend this app, most definitely for the great way it helps keep subscriptions and bundles working in my store - but even more for the really awesome experience I'm having with the team - they really do care and aim to help in every conceivable way. I very much look forward to building and growing my company into the future, knowing that I have the super Loop team in my corner! Thank you guys, you are ALL rockstars!!

The app itself is great, functionality is perfect and reporting is great. And then they have superstar support. Possibly the best and most attentive support I've ever received from an app. The team have been so incredibly helpful and speedy with everything from set-up to customisation and integration. Moving over to Loop was the best decision I have made in a long time. The platform is robust, beautiful, and flexible, and the migration process of existing subscriptions was smooth. Also, the available out-of-box integrations for loyalty programs are also more than sufficient. The support team is very attentive and supportive. We switched to Loop several months ago after being with another subscription platform for a couple of years (and had one issue after another..) and we are SO happy with Loop! Migration and onboarding process was delivered in an exceptional manner from all the Loop's team members involved which we are very thankful for. Customer service - attention and speed of reaction to all the requests we had so far is really top-notch. App's interface is SUPER user-friendly for both - customer and our (admin) sides. Highly recommend!

Fantastic subscription app! We use this app to run all of our subscriptions - we use it for product swaps, upsells, and free gifts each month. Very easy to use and to set up. We were previously using Seal Subscriptions and the white glove migration from there was seamless (thanks to the Loop team). Now, we've been with them for over 6 months and we have monthly team meetings with Aayush, our account representative. He brings data on our account each month and ways we can improve. Super helpful!! We also have a dedicated Slack channel with their team for quick service if there is ever a bug. The only thing we wish they had is a better integration with Pagefly and a way to block cancellations for the first X days of a subscription. That would be a game changer for our brand to protect against customers who buy then cancel right away.
