We are using LOOP for past few months. Our subscribers have increased by 200+%. Their support is amazing. Always available and happy to help. Just would like to have some flexibility to improve design for customer portal and move widgets around.

Very positive experience with the whole team. Very convenient and constantly being optimized, close support and a lot of options to increase subscription revenue and retention while decreasing the churn rate. I also like the option to include a bundle builder, would definetly recommend!

We migrated over to Loop from a very subpar subscription management platform. We went through the process and looked at all the big players in the space and landed on Loop - and we've been thankful since that day. Easy migration, actual analytics in the platform that you can make real business decisions off of, and the support is top tier (shoutout to Aayush for being there for my every question and guiding me on the new features!!).
They aren't just resting on their current offerings either; they are constantly releasing updates, upgrades, and net-new ways to manage your subscriptions. They are laser-focused on reducing churn, dunning, and increasing LTV by providing you with the exact data and tools required.

We've been on Loop for a few years after migrating from Recharge. We had an awful experience on Recharge and the difference with Loop has been night and day. Loop's platform is a great improvement and that has been noted by both our customers and our customer support team. Loop is continually evolving and adding features and functionality. Our company has been using the subscription app for about a month and it's so far so good. The support has been excellent and Aastik and the team have always been quick to respond (we have customers throwing questions out there).
It's not the cheapest solution, however it works, and works well. We're very happy thus far and we're still only using the basic subscription functionality.
