Super fast and efficient customer service. They are always there to help with any issues or confusion.
I am most impressed with the customer support; they go above and beyond with setup and ongoing support. The software itself is well-designed and intuitive to use. We are excited to try all the different features and appreciate the detailed analytics, so we can measure what is working and what isn't. Highly recommended!
We have had a great experience, we were a bit worried about migration, we were moving from the incumbent to LOOP but they proved us wrong, it was very smooth and they took care of everything.

We chose Loop because we were sure its features, especially in churn prevention and upselling, would boost our subscription business. Even with a tight migration deadline, the Loop Migration Team stuck to it 100%. Communication was excellent, and within days, we finished the migration smoothly - which was a great start to our partnership.
