Loop Subscriptions App

We've been using Loop Subscriptions for our curated monthly beer club box. Onboarding was smooth and straightforward, and the platform has given our customers a noticeably better user experience compared to our previous subscription solution. Loop is one of the best tools I've seen to manage subscriptions and the customer portal. It's easy to navigate, with a lot of options, and the reporting is great. Also, great support from their team!

Super slow replies from support - have to wait 1-2 days to address issues. Also when they get back to you and claim to have resolved the issue nothing actually changed.

Loop has been a great addition to our company. The app runs smoothly and they're always releasing exciting features. Our CSM is really on point when it comes to understanding business needs and coming up with solutions and/or new features to account for emerging use cases. I highly recommend them.

we just switch from a different subscription to Loop and I can say the the overall user experience was superb! Pretty much all data we track on a weekly basis are available in Loop Analytics! No need to manual export data because all are in the analytics dashboard!
