Our start with Loop has been great. Onboarding was smooth, support via Slack is super fast and helpful, and our bi-weekly meetings bring lots of great ideas to optimize our account and grow subscriptions. Highly recommend!

An easy to use app once you get the hang of it with very responsive and helpful support team - even on the Starter Plan. Same person stayed with me across 24+ hours of troubleshooting, sending 2x instructional Looms, and following up. Very hard to find that level of responsiveness in my experience.

The Loop team has been so great and helpful! They worked super quick and efficiently to get everything sorted and migrated over from my past subscription platform which was definitely a plus. We moved two stores from Kaching to Loop and the part I expected to be painful was not: Loop handled the import and everything was tested before it went live. Jagrit ran the onboarding and was quick, clear, and actually reachable when we had questions. The two weeks of hypercare afterwards meant we were never left guessing.

I am extremely happy with Loop. We have now used three different subscription integrations and Loop's customer service has surpassed all of them. Their migration and onboarding team was fantastic.
