We had a great experience working with Adi to get set up on Loop. Our previous subscription platform migration process was a nightmare, so we were definitely anxious about having to go through that process again. However, Adi provided a very detailed pre-migration plan, we had multiple meetings to ensure everyone was aligned on next steps, and all of this ensured a very smooth migration. Five stars, and honestly it's mostly because of the people.

We've run our subscription program on Loop for a while, and the real difference came when we started working closely with their team.

Saksham, our CSM, treats our retention numbers like they're his own. He set up our rewards journey and streaks program, rebuilt our failed payment recovery with segmented offers, and put a proper A/B testing framework on our cancellation flow. Churn dropped around 10% within weeks of those changes going live.

On the technical side, Varun has been just as good. Anything that needs configuring or fixing gets handled fast, usually same day, with clear explanations instead of endless ticket back and forth.

Plenty of subscription apps look similar on paper. What you actually get with Loop is a team that knows retention inside out and does the work with you. Easy recommendation.

Aadi Gupta & Sharath Gowda were both super helpful, cooperative, and excellent throughout the onboarding process. We had a few minor issues as expected with migrating a load of mrr and getting on a new platform but everything was fixed very quickly, in one case Aman called in from his home later in the night even and helped me fix a problem within an hour or two. Really great job by the team and I appreciate everything they've done, so far we are happy with loop.

UPDATE: The Loop team reached out to with me to offer a custom solution to access what I needed. I really appreciate that level of service from such a key vendor. Thank you Loop!

It's disappointing that I don't get API access unless I pay for the Pro plan. I'm paying more than $200/month as it is and I expect access to my data.

Amandeep has been a huge help in improving our success with Loop, especially with retention and churn rate. He gave us a clear step-by-step guide and helped us put it into action. He is easy to reach, always helpful, and just one email away. We are truly satisfied and excited to keep growing together with Loop.

Very good app, little expensive but worth the price as the app does everything you need it to do and better! And also the support is amazing, your not talking to bots but actually humans and they assign you a personal performance manager witch is amazing.
