We have had good experience with this app so far. Our store sells fruits, vegetables and groceries, so our prices vary from week to week. Loop can make the price of the subscriptions have a small price variation, following the changes we make in the store, which is quite useful.
The customer service is very good, they helped me implement the app and they also constantly help me with any questions or doubts I have regarding the app.

Loop Subscriptions went above and beyond expectations in helping migrate our subscriptions from Stripe to Shopify. Their migration and support team was prompt, professional, and persistent in helping us through some tricky technical issues. They made the subscription platform transition as seamless as possible.

It's a scam, I tried to cancel my plan for 3 months, they don't let you to do so on their system, you need to send message to their customer support and they still charge me until this day.......
