We’ve recently started using Loop, but so far it’s been smooth sailing!

1. There's a ton of inbuilt flexibility for subscription mechanics and automated flows.

2. Backend support from the Loop team has been fantastic

3. Can't stress this enough but value proposition is superb compared to other subscription app alternatives in the market

They have made the process of switching subscription providers as smooth as possible. The app itself is great, functionality is perfect and reporting is great. And then they have superstar support. We switched to Loop several months ago after being with another subscription platform for a couple of years (and had one issue after another..) and we are SO happy with Loop! Migration and onboarding process was delivered in an exceptional manner from all the Loop's team members involved which we are very thankful for.
