Great app and most of all customer service for beginners who are new to this platform and news to the business vertical. My rep Shivam is extremely responsive and takes initiative in understanding our specific business model/marketing while also going above and beyond by sharing industry trends. I've been really impressed with Loop Subscriptions! Their support team has been incredibly helpful, even through live chat on the free plan. As a startup, the free plan was comprehensive enough to get us off the ground with launching new subscription plans. It also integrated seamlessly with both Rebuy and PageFly, making the setup process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking to kickstart their subscription services!

They only support you if you get one of the paid plans. Each time I asked for help they asked me if I'm on free plan or not and then just stopped giving support. When I uninstalled the app the code remaining cause problems with my theme and they didn't help me to remove codes. Very poor customer service.

We recently migrated to Loop and are very happy with the experience so far. Our conversation rate is up and our subscriber opt-in is also up. The team have been helpful with the migration and solving any teething issues that we had. Thanks, Loop team! We're looking forward to growing with you further.

Recently migrated from Smartrr to use the Loop advanced flows. It has been a 10/10 experience. The team was super diligent during the migration and setup process it was basically hands off for me. The advanced flow we are running now through Loop is our best preforming funnel. Loop also has tons of great features like dunning, retention tools & more. Highly recommend!

Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference. A support team that will reach out and find solutions for unique scenarios or store needs is the icing on the cake. The ability to be proactive and reach customers where they are and manage subscriptions how they should be is what makes Loop feel like it was designed specifically for your store and not a generic solution like other apps out there.

We looked for a long time at almost every subscription solution that exists. I read horror story reviews on pretty much all the platforms of something getting screwed up after install and causing checkout issues, website issues, etc. We settled on Recharge but looked further into Loop the day we were going to sign up. I'm glad we did.

It's super easy to use and it just works. Not nearly as costly as Recharge for many of the same features. The support is fantastic. They really go the extra mile to take care of you. There's a reason their reviews are so great. Thanks Loop team!
