Best hassle free subscription app so far. We were on recharge for quite some time and switched to Loop. It is so much more user friendly and easy to manage. Analytics are great and packed with features we need. We can't wait to see what more features are added. Great onboarding process and awesome team that will support you very quickly. Great app and the support have improved since started. They always help to ensure the widgets are in place for every updated Been here for 1 year and 9months wow how time flies but to further elaborate and hope this review helps someone who is starting out on shopify and searching for an app to start the subscription base community. I totally understand the confusion with so many apps and reviews can be confusing at times especially when capital is restricted and cant afford any setbacks. As a holistic brand this app works perfectly for me plus integrates with most apps including email marketing. You will need to learn how to use features according to your business plan however its well worth it. I hope my revoew helps someone out there

We are just finishing our onboarding with Loop and I am so grateful for the support they provide through this process. We are migrating from another subscription service and having them transition everything for us has been so helpful. I’ve been working with Tarun who has been extremely responsive and thorough throughout the whole process. I’m excited to see how Loop works for us and our customers. I think it will be great!
We’ve honestly had a really great experience working with Loop for Buff Clucks. The support they’ve given us has been super helpful, especially with the projects we’re running they always find a way to make things work.
Big shoutout to Amandeep, our Customer Support Manager. He’s always quick to reply and really reliable whenever we need help. It makes a huge difference knowing someone’s there and on top of things.
Also want to mention Swaraj and Kashish...they’ve been awesome whenever we run into technical issues. They’re always willing to jump in, figure things out, and get us back on track.

Top app and top support. Just started using it and onboarding has been super solid, they'll get on a call wtih you and help you set up everything.
Great CSM work, they will keep you updated on status and really help you set the app up, especially if you are new on subscriptions!
