Easy to install, pretty instantaneous customer support.

Overall pleased so far.

Phenominal support. Helped with all onboarding, set up, etc etc. Quick to respond and reply. Took care of the heavy lifting for all aspects of migration. Functionality compared to seal is night and day difference. Jagrit was awesome to work with.

Loop support team is always willing to help when we have specific marketing campaigns or initiatives that require adjustments to subscriptions. Would recommend to brands that require guidance for their subscription program.

Switched to Loop from Seal as there was so much more I could do on Loop and so far so happy with everything, but most importantly, the onboarding support was so profesional and made so easy thanks to Shivam.
