Loop Subscriptions App

This app is so easy and convenient to use I'd recommend it to anybody.

There is everything you could only with for being a subscription business, and guys keep adding more.

Also, I've had the best possible customer experience I could imagine.

The staff at Loop kept us informed while they migrated our existing subscriptions over to Loop.
The guide within the Help Center made it relatively easy to set up subscriptions and any questions we had were responded to promptly by the support staff.

Abel Lesle and the Loop team went out of their way to help us get our Subscriptions going and working how we needed them to for our new Fitness center. They've been a huge help and we're excited to be using Loop and offering subscriptions to our customers.

This app is a JOKE. There is NO customer service. They do not contact you ever. They just keep sending "schedule a call" emails but then push your call off over and over. And all call times are between midnight and 4am. I'm convinced that all reviews were entered by this company.

The guide in the Help Center and the support staff made it easy to initially set up our subscriptions. The staff then kept us informed while they carried out the migration of our existing subscriptions for us. Any questions we have are quickly responded to with helpful information.

Abel made the process of creating bundle boxes and subscriptions a breeze - helping to quickly troubleshoot all of my questions. I am so satisfied with this top notch customer service - it makes all the difference knowing there are folks who care about making customers happy as much as I do.

My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ran into a slight issue installing the subscription to my website but they fixed the problem for me immediately. I highly recommend Loop for your subscription services.
