Very easy to use and definitely increases brand trust. Loox’s customer service is AMAZING ! Whenever we encounter an issue, Jen, Ed, Molly or Sara respond within minutes to solve our issue. We highly recommend Loox !
I had several questions about Loox, and I received an email from Izza just a few minutes later. He answered all my questions very quickly and supported his explanations with screenshots. Even though it was already late at night, he responded promptly and helped me out. I’ll definitely reach out to Izza again!

It took quite awhile to get a response but once they responded, they answered my question and gave me step by step directions to update what I was needing to update.
