Hey,
Our Convert plan is usage-based, as stated everywhere our pricing is displayed: on our website, our Shopify listing and within the app. For high-volume stores, we offer the Unlimited plan at a fixed monthly price with no usage fees. Both plans include everything Loox has to offer.
I’ve reached out via email to go over your plan with you and answer any questions. Please feel free to reply whenever it’s convenient, we’re here to help.
Thanks, Dan from the Loox Support team
