We've used this app for years and would highly recommend. Has great tools and they are always looking to improve and add new features.
We’ve had a major issue with Loox referral codes adding duplicate items to cart that customers can’t remove. Reported months ago with proof, still not fixed. Cost us sales and returns. Support treated it like a new issue. Not recommended.
Hey, thank you for your honest feedback. We're genuinely sorry we fell short - both with the issue itself and with the support experience along the way. That's not the standard we hold ourselves to. We've reached out to you directly and look forward to making this right.

Switched from Okendo to Loox and it is WAY BETTER. It is so much more design-friendly, easy to navigate, and cheaper. George from support is so helpful and quick to reply!
Mary was very helpful and directed me to the right thing to help me figure out what I needed to do.
App works well to collect and display reviews on our site.
