George is AWESOME i had 2 issues that i encountered because i had changed themes and didnt know how to fix something and he helped me by adding code . Great job and fabulous customer service. Love LOOX
they charged us $160 without warning and we don't even know what it was for. And they charged this money SEPARATELY from the subscription fee. This looks like fraud
Hey,
We do our best to keep our pricing clear and transparent, with all details available on our website, Shopify listing, and within the app.
Nevertheless, we understand that the recent charge came as a surprise to you. We have reached out privately to review this matter and ensure we sort it out, we are here to help.
Very easy to setup and match your theme. Took almost no work to install. Special thanks to Yarin for getting a design change made to one of the screens that all users will benefit from now.
