Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

The app suits me. It is easy to use. I have nothing to complain about

Fast and helpful support with help of Mara, Sapir and Josh I fixed all of my problems :) Loox is a great intuitive app for reviews.

Amit was very helpful with transfering reviews to another store and also very quick to reply. Thanks a lot.

I contacted Loox support because I was experiencing issues with the app and couldn’t access the settings. It only allowed me to re-purchase a plan at a higher price than the one I previously had. I reached out to support, and they immediately provided a solution to restore the app in my store while they reviewed the case to offer a more permanent fix.
After a few days, they contacted me to explain why it had happened, reinstated my plan at the original price with all the features included, and compensated me for the inconvenience. Honestly, it’s a pleasure to receive such prompt and efficient support. I wouldn’t leave Loox for anything!
