Love this app. It's super easy to use and most importantly it seems super easy for customers. I came from another app that gave me near zero reviews. As soon as I installed LOOX, the reviews started. A must have addition to any serious online store.
I have reached the 500-order limit, and I'm being asked to upgrade to a higher plan. However, I don't need the features offered in the higher plan — the Beginner plan is sufficient for me. The 500-order limit should be removed!
Because of this, I will start using a different app. Please notify me if the limit is ever lifted.

The Beginner plan is designed to provide new merchants with the necessary tools while starting their business, and is limited to 500 orders once the free trial ends.
While limited to 500 orders, merchants who reach this limit will still be able to access their admin and use the plan's features. We recently moved from a super clunky referral platform. It was hard to use and never looked good therefore never delivered any ROI for us. We launched Loox quickly and really easily - it looked attractive and was easy to use with templates and support. We received over 40 reviews in the first week which was amazing to understand customer feedback but also to quickly populate our website with some amazing reviews & photos. As a bonus, the referral programme has also delivered in two weeks what the other platform didn't in 6 months. Super happy!

Our Beginner plan is designed for stores who are starting their journey to help them grow their business- but this plan will never block your access to your Loox account. 1) Widgets are super slow to load on your website, leaving a blank space during up to several second before they appear. I contacted customer service, who are nice people.
But 15 days later the issue still isn't resolved. They only suggested I speed up my website. BUT my website is already fast and it wouldn't solve the issue anyway because the delay appears after the website is loaded. Disappointed.
2) Also, the UX on the back-end is quite terrible.

Loox is built with performance in mind and utilizes a CDN (content delivery network) to serve scripts and photos. In addition, to make sure Loox elements don't affect your loading times, Loox only starts loading after the page is fully loaded. Regarding UX, we pride ourselves on our user-friendly, set-and-forget admin. Really happy with Loox so far. It has essential things I need:
- Multi lingual reviews
- Unlimited review requests
- Offer incentives for reviews that lead to more sales
- Bonus upsell feature (which means I stopped a different app)
Great support too, Dolev fixed an issue with our collections. Molly helped with our bonus review emails.

I was really excited about Loox at first - it seemed like the perfect fit.
The design is clean and it looks great on-site, but once it’s set up, the functionality just isn’t where I expected it to be. It’s not intuitive to manage ongoing review requests, and I couldn't easily see who had received emails or who was still in the queue. For the price, I expected more visibility and control. It’s a good-looking tool, but lacks too many basics to justify the cost long-term.

Review request emails can be managed from the Orders page of your Loox admin.

This review pains me because loox has been such an instrumental part in my companies growth but their is a horrendous referral glitch that has cost my company over 50,000 in free sales this month. Upon further review these were mainly fraudulent. I have begged loox to turn off the referral feature but they said it is not possible. I have two companies both doing well over a million a month and am going to hope that writing negative reviews actually will get some traction. You guys used to rock but need to address this issue as it is costing my company far too much money.

Referral discount codes that were created can still be used in your store even after disabling the referral program and need to be manually deactivated within Shopify.

Convenient, visually uncluttered, and great customer support. Ran into an issue importing older reviews, which was promptly resolved (thanks, Ed!)
