Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Loox Reviews went beyond my highest expectations! From the very start, their team, especially Molly K , took all the onboarding work off our plate and handled it seamlessly. They made the entire setup effortless, ensuring we were fully enabled and set up for success. The level of support and dedication they provide is unmatched. If you're looking for a review platform that truly goes the extra mile, Loox is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Loox has been the best review app on Shopify that I have used. It's so easy to set up, get reviews from customers and show them off in the important areas.

Additionally, if you have any issues, their service is always here for the rescue, I've usually only waited a few minutes before someone has fixed my issue, Ellison recently helped me out, quickly fixed it, had me check and gave me a couple areas to clear if it didn't work, but it had and we are back in action.

Love Loox and will always use it.

Loox is a great app! I had some initial difficulties when I saw that it was not possible to delete the test reviews I had made and I also couldn't find how to disable a snippet on a page that shouldn't display reviews, so I contacted support. Molly was the one who answered me and she was super quick and helpful, my problem was easily resolved. So far, the app works very well and we will be implementing it soon, now that the tests are complete.

Loox app is quite good and easy to use. Due to the country where my store is located, I experienced an issue with playing videos in video reviews. However, Sara from the technical support team quickly resolved the problem. It’s a successful app with excellent customer support—I’m very satisfied and will continue to be a subscriber.

Very easy to use and we've noticed a big uptick in reviews generated with Loox versus our former review collection app.

Seems to be easy for my customers to use and I have also gotten more reviews since having this app than any other app I've tried.

Loox is easy to use and is user friendly. It requires little time or maintenance. Loox is very responsive and integrates well with Shopify so that customers get notified periodically to review....which I love!

Loox is an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store! The app itself is incredibly user-friendly, visually appealing, and has significantly boosted customer trust with its beautifully displayed reviews.

A special shout-out to Sara from the support team - she went above and beyond to help us implement a UK/US integration for our reviews. Her expertise, patience, and dedication made the process seamless, and she ensured everything worked perfectly across both markets.

If you’re looking for a reliable and powerful review app with stellar customer service, look no further than Loox. Highly recommend!

Topp!
