App works great, been using it for years. Support is always responsive, Rina helped me today and helped fix a couple issues when we changed over to our new template very quickly.

Thank you Mary for helping me to fix my reviews. They were showing up on my product cards, but not showing up on my Product Listing Pages. Evidently my theme was in the way! Mary became a quick collaborator and fixed the code so my awesome LOOX reviews show up right under all the products that have them. Thanks Loox -- and thanks Mary! I was so excited to get Loox set up and then I came across a minor snag. I went to the website and submitted the form for support. Within minutes Ken responded and with a few back and forths through email, he fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes. It's late where I am and I thought it wouldn't be until tomorrow that it would be answered, but here we are! Ken was awesome to help me so fast so I can now leave work. The app is beautiful, the functionality of it is awesome. I am beyond thrilled with Loox. Thanks Ken!

Loox is one of the best review apps I’ve ever used! It’s very easy to install and operate, allowing me to effortlessly collect real customer feedback and beautifully display it on my store. Since using it, I’ve clearly noticed an improvement in my conversion rate.

What impressed me the most is the customer support team, especially George, who was incredibly patient and helpful in solving my issues and offering practical suggestions. It feels like I’m not just using a tool, but working with a reliable partner.

My $9 plan is no longer available and I can't access my reviews to export them because I've been paying monthly for the last 2 years but they are saying it's a free trial. The new plan is 4X the amount and I would like to use a new review app without being forced into their higher plans that do not work for my small business. After speaking to the rep, none of the info provided work and I still can't access the old reviews

Extremely efficient at getting reviews. We tried manually and didn't manage to get the amount of reviews we are getting from using Loox.

Loox has been fantastic for our reviews. The widgets look beautiful on our product pages, and the social proof genuinely helps our conversions. We've collected over 1,000 reviews, and the whole experience, from collecting to displaying, is smooth and easy to manage.

But what really stands out is the support. We had a complex challenge getting our pooled reviews to sync correctly to Google Shopping across grouped products, and the Loox team was outstanding. Special thanks to Doron and Shai, who were incredibly quick, patient, and knowledgeable. They didn't just give generic answers, they showed us exactly what our review feed outputs, pinpointed the precise fix, and stayed with us until it was resolved. That level of hands-on help is rare.

Outstanding app, collected over 150 reviews in less than a week! Photos and videos make such a difference, and there's so many useful features that you won't find with other companies that charge 5 times as much for product reviews.
