Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

This is honestly the easiest app I’ve ever installed on Shopify! It’s so clever (yes, the app really is Clever!) and incredibly easy to use.
The widgets are super user-friendly and make the customer journey so much smoother!
It even sends emails to my previous customers, and I’ve already received new reviews I thought I’d lost the chance to collect!
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

They will repeatedly over charge you with sneaky changes to their policy and plan names with out notifying you - their entire business model relies on these sneaky over charges over order numbers, which they make as vague as possible. Use Judge.me instead it is a fixed monthly fee so it actually costs you what the app says your plan will cost.

Love how quickly reviews are posted! THink the rate of emailing customers is a bit high, but otherwise a good app!

I have been using this for a few months now (basic version) and it's super easy to use and easy to transfer any existing reviews you may have. The team are great as well. Any issues I've had, have been picked up and resolved really quickly. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Support!

I’m very happy with the support from the Loox Product Reviews App. I had several questions and some issues I needed help with, and Jen was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional.

She took the time to send me several detailed emails with clear, step-by-step instructions and carefully followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Even when I had additional questions, she was always patient and willing to help.

Loox wasent able to fix a bug in customer video uploads. I have reached out to support over 3 times and they dident resolve the issue. It is difficult enough to get customer reviews as it is, I do not need my review app fighting me.

I am already impressed. The Loox App is outstanding and pulled an additional review from the SHOP app that I couldn't figure how to bring over in a competitor's app that I had been using for the last year+. The customer support rep, Mary, answered my questions and provided links to help. I will add more later as I am transferring over everything but I love the referral capabilities, layouts and growth potential.

Exceptional support from Dan and the Loox team

I contacted Loox about a historical review sync issue affecting our Shopify store. Dan picked it up, clearly explained what was happening, ran a full backfill and resync, and had the issue resolved in less than 24 hours.

What impressed me most was that this all happened over a weekend. We’ve used Loox for years and have accumulated a significant number of customer reviews, so getting the historical data correctly synced into Shopify was important to us.

I checked our catalogue afterwards and everything is now syncing exactly as it should.
