This is honestly the easiest app I’ve ever installed on Shopify! It’s so clever (yes, the app really is Clever!) and incredibly easy to use.
The widgets are super user-friendly and make the customer journey so much smoother!
It even sends emails to my previous customers, and I’ve already received new reviews I thought I’d lost the chance to collect!
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!
They will repeatedly over charge you with sneaky changes to their policy and plan names with out notifying you - their entire business model relies on these sneaky over charges over order numbers, which they make as vague as possible. Use Judge.me instead it is a fixed monthly fee so it actually costs you what the app says your plan will cost.
Hey,
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.
We keep our pricing clear and transparent, with all details available on our website, in our Shopify listing, and in the app.
Nevertheless, we are sorry if the charges came as a surprise. We’ve reached out to you privately to provide more information and help resolve this matter.
Love how quickly reviews are posted! THink the rate of emailing customers is a bit high, but otherwise a good app!
Hey,
Thanks so much for the kind words! You have full control over review request timing and reminders in your Loox settings, so you can set a pace that suits your customers.
I've reached out via email to help you find the right setup, so feel free to reply whenever it's convenient.
Thanks, Ella from the Loox Support team
