Lower Chargeback synchronizes operational order data, helps merchants review Shopify risk signals, monitors Shopify Payments disputes, and records merchant decisions. Provider Hub documents provider products, access requirements, and limitations. Public Lite does not request or use customer name, email, phone, billing address, or shipping address. It has no customer messaging, Evidence Builder, file upload, or evidence submission.
