I'm still in the free trial, testing phase, but this app has been really easy to set up. There's a lot of flexibility and it is very intuitive. Also, when I do have a question, I can easily chat with support. A real person answers me quickly!

1. The support is fast, reliable and always trying to find solutions even workarounds.

2. Pricing of the app is the best, better than other apps (check it and compare)! for what the app is giving you.

3. Interface is easy to understand, widgets are top notch and everything works flawless.

4. Integrates with Klaviyo, Recharge and more.

Their service is great, very understanding and helpful. They took care of all the setup, we made the switch from another loyalty app and Balint helped us transfer all the customer information and communicated constantly letting us know how to proceed. Great service I got a response within minutes and Hannah on the support team was immensely helpful! Super easy to set up the program itself and although it's early days (we are yet to formally launch our scheme), pretty confident it will deliver more sales and engagement from customers. Recommend!
