Love Loyalty and Rewards

I cannot recommend this app enough!! It is super user-friendly, but before I knew that for myself, I immediately asked for guidance, and Balint responded to me in minutes. He was able to access my account with my permission and set up my loyalty program exactly how I wanted it, even giving me plenty of pointers on how to structure my point system and different tiers. He honestly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He even added sign-up points retroactively to all my customers who had already signed up prior to creating the loyalty program.

We have been running this loyalty app for a few weeks now, and my customers are LOVING it. Everything has run flawlessly. Knowing that I can reach out for help making any changes and get an immediate response is invaluable. This has been such an asset for our company as a whole, and we greatly appreciate it!

I’m currently building my second website, and while exploring various rewards apps, I came across Love Loyalty Program & Rewards and decided to set it up. We were looking for a loyalty program app for our store, and most of the apps had limited settings or could not be adapted to the Czech language. The Love Loyalty app fits perfectly, it can be deployed to many places in the store, the language is perfectly customizable. The app support is fast, helpful and very nice! Great loyalty app! We tried a few out and this app has some really nice features included in the lower cost plan that other companies don’t offer. Lots of customizations and a familiar interface. The team one of the most responsive out there. We would definitely recommend checking this app out first.

Unlike other loyalty programs, this app is so simple and clean, and it's very easy to use and set up. The VIP Tiers aren't available on the free plan, but with the way it's easy to set up Tiers, add custom icons for each tier and set simple points earnings rules, I may just upgrade to use it. Also they have a live chat where I ended up being connected to a co-founder - so I had very knowledgeable support right away.
