Love Loyalty and Rewards

We recently added this loyalty app to our Shopify store, and it has been a great experience so far. We migrated from another 'well known' loyalty App in September, I would normally leave a good couple of months before I review an App, but I have to say we are delighted with LOVE Loyalty. It’s built for Shopify so all the data we want access to can be in Meta Fields in Shopify Admin, and it integrates perfectly with our choice of Review App – making it easy to reward points for Reviews, and with Shopify Flow allowing more adaptation. Bálint and the support team are excellent and available every time we have needed them. I also rate very highly any App developer that wants to listen to feedback and recommendations – no matter how off the wall they sound – and the Love Loyalty team certainly do that.

We are only two weeks into using it but migrated thousands of customers over from our last rewards company to here and it went smooth as silk. So far not one issue has arisen. The rewards works flawlessly, zero tech issues and customer support has been outstanding.

I have tested a few apps before and this one seems to be the easiest to set up. It has all features I need, the installation process is smooth, the customer service is prompt and patient. The pricing is reasonable.

I'm still in the process of setting up the app, but so far I'm really impressed. The interface is intuitive, and there are plenty of customization options to tailor the loyalty program to my brand. The support team is also very responsive and helpful, which makes the setup process much smoother.
