Love Loyalty and Rewards

We were searching for an app that could help us build long-term relationships with our customers, and the Love Loyalty app has been a perfect fit. The team has been incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and addressing our specific needs. When we reached out about additional features we’d like to see, they were understanding and receptive. We’re looking forward to future updates that will further enhance the app’s ability to meet our needs. Highly recommended for businesses aiming to improve customer retention!

I have tried several loyalty apps and so far I love this one. Easy to setup, has a clean customer forward interface and best of all only wants the customers Birthday in MM/DD format which is better as many people are sensitive about their age. Another feature is its integration into Klaviyo so we can send out Birthday rewards etc.

I've been using the Love Loyalty Program & Rewards app for a few months now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its functionality and ease of use. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to customize the rewards system to fit my store's needs in no time.

I just want to take a moment to say how much I’ve appreciated working with Balint and the team at Love Loyalty Programme. Balint has been absolutely fantastic—he knows his stuff inside and out, and he’s been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process.

The system itself is super easy to use (it was honestly just me overcomplicating things at times!), and Balint made sure I understood everything clearly. He was always available to answer my questions and went out of his way to make sure I felt confident in using the platform.

That said, there’s definitely room for improvement in a few areas—nothing major, just some tweaks that could make the experience even smoother. But overall, the team is doing an amazing job, and the platform is a great tool for building customer loyalty.
