I am very satisfied with the app, and customer support is also very good and always helpful.
Easy to manage, their customer service is also helpful, they'll always reply and assist with anything. Thank you!
They charged me after I deleted the app and I was on a free trial waiting for my refund
Hey,
I'm Balint, co-founder of Love Loyalty.
We've checked and you started the 14-day free trial on August 21st which lasted until September 4th.
You have only uninstalled the app on September 14th, 10 days after your free trial ended, that's why you were charged.
Nevertheless we offer 30-day money back guarantee on all our paid plans so I'm happy to issue a full refund for you.
Please get back to the email we sent to arrange the refund.
Overall a fantastic value. Support has been hands on and quick when we've needed tweaks. If features and improvements continue will be even more worth it.
Super App – einfach einzurichten, funktioniert zuverlässig und bietet viele nützliche Funktionen, um Kundenbindung zu stärken. Der Support ist schnell und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!
