I have been searching for the right app for quite some time when I stumbled upon Love Loyalty. This app instantly gave me what I needed for my store, with only a few customizations required, which Balint helped me execute. He didn’t just provide live chat support, but also arranged a video call right away, which was something I had never experienced with any app developer. This was a huge plus, as we managed to complete all the necessary adjustments on the spot without having to wait around. Great Loyalty app which integrates super sleek into our store. Multilanguage and VIP Tiers were pretty important for us. Their support has been super responsive, in terms of a couple of minor glitches. So far we're really happy about our choice, over the bigger and more expessive options.

This app works great for our first Loyalty Program. One of the advantages is that customers can redeem points for a discount % on their next order.
