Using Love Loyalty has exceeded all our expectations so far. The system is modern, fast and transparent, it doesn’t feel like an “imposed” add-on, but fits perfectly into the operation of Shopify. The interface is logical and easy to use, so the settings and daily use are also simple.

A special positive is that the introduction of points collection, VIP discounts and a referral system worked smoothly, which significantly helps to increase customer activity and repeat orders. The application’s functions are flexible, stable and provide a noticeably more premium experience compared to many other alternatives.

The customer service is also outstanding — they are fast, helpful and provide very professional support even in technical issues. Such an attitude is rare.

Love Loyalty is an excellent choice, and would argue the best Loyalty platform for B2B ecommerce stores. It works just as well for simple, elegant retail rewards programs as it does for more sophisticated setups that reward different customer groups with unique earning and redemption rules.

We migrated from another 'well known' loyalty App in September, I would normally leave a good couple of months before I review an App, but I have to say we are delighted with LOVE Loyalty. It’s built for Shopify so all the data we want access to can be in Meta Fields in Shopify Admin, and it integrates perfectly with our choice of Review App – making it easy to reward points for Reviews, and with Shopify Flow allowing more adaptation.
